Following consistent growth, this global leader in developing products for food and industrial applications required expansion of its technical support facilities housed in a research park complex.  A new 12,000 square-foot facility focuses on the growth of the Food Specialties in the areas of analytical laboratory and laboratory support spaces as well as pilot areas.

Key design features include a test kitchen associated with a bake pilot, a beverages pilot and a meat pilot. Connectivity of pilots and adjacency to analytical laboratories was critical to success. Also important was the coordination of services, specialty equipment planning, and providing overhead delivery of services for different required set-ups based on the products studied.
