Paulina Bugyis, Int’l Associate AIA
Laboratory Research and Design, LLC was founded in August 2020 by Paulina Bugyis, a laboratory planner with more than 20 years of experience with planning a variety of laboratory spaces. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Paulina has the credentials to serve on multidisciplinary teams and bring added value on projects large and small.
Paulina has worked with academic and corporate clients across the country to create innovative, functional laboratory environments for learning, start-up companies, and research and development. Her detail-oriented approach is instrumental in guiding clients through decision making processes for complex environments, such as BSL3 and animal research spaces. Paulina is passionate about her work and is committed to designing laboratory spaces that stimulate collaboration and provide safe and healthy environments for cutting-edge research.
